About the Director - Monique Jeremiah
Exceptional Tuition and Resumes was founded in 2010 by Monique Jeremiah, a highly experienced educator, recruitment professional and entrepreneur over the last 13 years. Coming from a family of healthcare professionals, she was inspired by her dear father, who was a very well-loved and kind-hearted nurse of many years, to focus the company on nursing resumes and help nurses to successfully promote themselves to potential employers. With a passion for building jobseeker confidence, her aim has always been to give her nursing clients a competitive advantage when applying for employment. As a leader and resume writer she is truly passionate about leading the team of resume writers at Exceptional Tuition and Resumes to achieve quality results and successful job applications.

Our Mission
Exceptional Tuition and Resumes is committed to helping every jobseeker to achieve an exceptional employment application. Through hiring the most qualified, experienced and high performing resume writers, we endeavour to achieve quality resumes, cover letters, selection criteria and suitability statements for all of our resume clients in the nursing and healthcare industry. Exceptional Tuition and Resumes intentionally hires only highly qualified and experienced professional resume writers who hold relevant tertiary level training in human resources, business management, industrial relations, employment relations and marketing. Our resume writers are skilled in writing, marketing and selling jobseekers to prospective Australian employers. Each resume writer is also personally trained and mentored by the director to ensure consistency in employment applications and drafting for resumes.

Exceptional Tuition and Resumes is proud to be an advocate and leader in the ever changing employment industry in Australia. Therefore as a company, we are a keen supporter in the development and career success of university and RTO graduates. We endeavour to offer multiple employment learning opportunities for local and international students seeking career development at an early stage in their careers. We are also open to sponsoring various community and business events which impact students and jobseekers as it is our overall goal to boost career prospects.
