ABOUT OUR RESUME WRITING PROCESS

Step 1 : Choose the Individual Service or Package you require
Step 2 : Send us an email including the following details:

  • Your selection, a copy of your old resume (if applicable) and a copy of your job description and selection criteria (if applying for an advertised position)
  • Your contact details, including your full name, address, email address and mobile and home number.
Step 3 : We will then reply to you by email with a quote
Step 4: If you are happy to go ahead, we will then require full payment of fees upfront prior to commencement of any work.
Step 5: Once we receive your payment we will correspond with you via email to attain necessary information from you. We will then prepare a draft of your documents and email them to you in MS Word format within 2 business days.
Step 6 : Revisions and Approval

Inclusions of Our Resume Services

  • Each of our above services are conducted online and all documents are produced electronically.
  • Resumes, cover letters, selection criteria responses and suitability statements are produced in a Microsoft Word editable format and pdf (if required) and LinkedIn profiles are produced live online at linkedin.com.
  • Each of the above services include all consultation time, information gathering, writing, assessing, editing and reassessing of your individual challenges, actions, results, background, achievements, career and education and associated questions asked. Information is read, assessed and questions redrafted where necessary.
  • Each service will be effectively tailored to suit your requirements and give you a competitive advantage when applying for positions.
  • The services also include all wording and rewording, formatting and presentation of the document in a professional layout, with up to 2 drafts of the document.
  • All drafts and final documents are forwarded to you by email upon completion.
  • All fees quoted include two draft revisions of your documents. Revisions must be supplied within 2 weeks from the date of your first draft. Any further revisions will incur an additional fee of $60 per hour.
  • Expected completion of resumes or other documents is 5 business days after all information has been attained from you.
  • A final copy of your resume will be completed and emailed to you within 2 business days after all required changes have been received from you.
  •  If you require your resume sooner than this, please let us know. An express fee of $60 will apply

Terms & Conditions

Should a client change his/her mind after commencement of work a $100 administration fee will apply. Monies are non-refundable when the client is in receipt of his/her completed resume or other career-related material.
Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client (please verify all dates and ensure all your details and information are accurate and complete prior to submitting your review of the document). Exceptional Tuition and Resumes will make all corrections under your guidance and your final review will be sent to you within 5 days. This is your final review. Any changes made after the second review will incur additional charges at $60 per hour. New information provided after completion of the final copy will incur consultation charges at $60 per hour).

Any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the resume or other career-related documents provided to the client by Exceptional Tuition and Resumes is not the responsibility of Exceptional Tuition and Resumes as the client will have had every opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to final delivery and/or reproduction.
